two major data providers and as such, complies with
all provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
which limits the uses of consumer data. Our prices
reflect that we are buying from the source, rather
than from other re-sellers and middlemen who may provide
you with data that will violate your legal responsibility
under FCRA and at an inflated price.
The intentional on-line confusion of coverage,
price, response time and hype makes it difficult
for you to know what background investigation you
need. We know from experience what criminal record
data is available for a reasonable price.
Responsible investigation of applicants, employees
and volunteers requires the best search of criminal
records that is available. However, good management
requires a cost effective search by responsible
people. If an employee we have vetted defrauds you
within three months of our report, we will conduct
a free investigation of up to five hours for prosecution.
